We would need the babysitter from around 8:30 PM until 11:30 PM. By that time, dinner will already be finished and the three older children will simply be watching a movie. The babysitter would just need to turn it off at bedtime and let them go to sleep. The two little ones (1 and 3 years old) will either already be asleep when we leave, or will just need to be put to bed.
